Great chai can often be found in Indian restaurants along with great food, but making your own chai provides immense satisfaction (and makes the house smell yummie!).

Mischief Maker Chai makes 8 cups of chai base (mixed 2/3 base with 1/3 milk for an individual serving) and uses organic ingredients. You'll need a fine mesh sieve/strainer to make it, and a shakeable container to store it in the refrigerator.
